The FarmFounded in 2006, Dellcreek Farm, LLC is located on the Mason-Dixon Line. We have gradually added to the scope of products the farm offers, always with attention to excellence. In 2018, we added DellCreek Beef, LLC to market the small herd of grass-fed cattle we maintain. We have Polled Herford, Red Angus and Angus/Kaushi mix.

KNOW THE DIFFERENCE
Grass finished beef is naturally leaner than grain finished and is higher in antioxidants such as Vitamin E, linoleic acid and omega 3 fatty acids. The marbling in Akaushi beef contains a much higher percentage of monounsaturated fat than any other beef in the United States.

FARMED FRESH
Our steers are processed at a USDA approved facility. The beef is available by the package (most cuts are available with no processing wait-time). Or you can buy a Fore Quarter, Hind Quarter, Side or the Whole steer. Buying a side of beef or the whole steer allows for partial or complete customization of your order and big savings. Sides of beef are priced based on hanging weight and are dry aged 10 to 14 days before processing.
